Development of the innovative biotechnological methods of the biological preparations production for feed purposes

Abstract The aim of this study was the production biological preparations based on hydrolyzed pea flour and yeast biomass. research objects were Saccharomyces cerevisiae Y-1218 with glucoamylase activity, flour, Celloviridin S20X Amyloprotoorizin enzyme (EP). specific growth rate determined by calculation method, protein content – via Kjeldahl Lowry methods, reducing substances Somogyi-Nelson assay, amine nitrogen formol titration number living cells sowing dilutions. amino acid measured KNAUER (Germany) high-performance liquid chromatograph. As result studies, for fermentative processing selected. cultivation conditions opted. Under these chosen growing parameters produced biomass contained 2.4×10 9 CFU/cm 3 0.264 h -1 . resulting a high amount essential acids. biopreparations described ingredient is perspective. These increased value could be used feed purposes.
